BIKE PERFORMANCE

The estimated range of our electric bikes on a single charge is provided as a guideline and not a guarantee. Real-world range depends on various factors such as battery age, temperature, level of pedal assist, speed, payload, and terrain. Under certain conditions, you may experience less than the minimum or greater than the maximum expected range.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER POST-PURCHASE

If your order has not shipped, you can request a changes by canceling your original order and placing a new one. Payment information will need to be re-entered as we do not store credit card details. Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.

SPECIAL OFFERS, CODES, AND PROMOTIONS

Outsider Mobility reserves the right to limit the use and combination of promotions, discounts, and referral programs shared via our website, email, or social media. Promotions must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be used retroactively. Promo codes cannot be stacked or combined with other offers. We may pause promotions during sales or product launches at our discretion. Promotions, discounts, and referral programs are valid for up to 15 days post-purchase with proof of the original receipt.

PRE-ORDERS, BACK-ORDERS, AND CANCELATIONS

Pre-orders and backorders require full payment at the time of purchase. Cancellations prior to shipping are eligible for a 90% refund. Pre-orders are for new products yet to be released, while backorders are for products temporarily out of stock and will ship once available.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDITS

Returns are subject to inspection. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days. Exchanges are offered within the U.S., subject to product availability, and typically ship the next business day. Store credits are provided via email as a unique promo code for future use. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

STREET LEGALITY

Outsider Mobility sells both street-legal electric bikes and vehicles intended for off-road use only. While our street-legal bikes comply with U.S. Federal Electric Bike Regulations and are classified as bicycles, off-road models may not meet these requirements and should not be used on public roads unless explicitly allowed by local regulations.

It is the customer’s responsibility to research and adhere to all applicable state, county, and local laws regarding the operation of both street-legal and off-road electric vehicles. Outsider Mobility is not liable for any violations, fines, or penalties resulting from improper use or failure to comply with regulations.

ORDERS FLAGGED AS FRAUD

If an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order. If you believe this was an error, contact us at info@OutsiderMobility.com.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to applicable states, including state and municipal taxes where required.

CREDIT CARD CANCELBACKS

If a chargeback is issued while the customer retains possession of the product(s), the associated warranty will be paused until the issue is resolved.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the customer, and restocking fees may apply. For international special orders, additional charges may apply for combined shipments of in-stock and special-order items.

USER SUBMITTED CONTENT

By submitting content (e.g., photos or videos) to Outsider Mobility, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute the content in any medium for promotional or other purposes.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We collect personal information such as your name, address, and email during purchases to process orders and prevent fraud using secure third-party platforms.
If you opt-in, we may send updates about new products, promotions, and store news via email.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

By purchasing or operating an Outsider Mobility electric bike or vehicle, you acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated with its use. You must be 18 years or older to purchase, and riders must meet minimum age requirements according to federal and local regulations. Outsider Mobility is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses, including but not limited to bodily harm, property damage, or financial loss, resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use the product.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or rider to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the legal operation of Outsider Mobility vehicles. Outsider Mobility expressly disclaims any liability for fines, penalties, citations, legal actions, or any repercussions arising from unlawful operation, including but not limited to use in unauthorized areas, failure to register where required, or violation of speed and classification regulations.

Riders are strongly encouraged to wear protective gear, follow traffic laws, and operate Outsider Mobility vehicles safely and responsibly. We recommend consulting your insurance provider to determine coverage in case of accidents or liability claims.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

While we strive to provide exceptional customer service, we expect the same respect in return. Rude or vulgar behavior toward our team will result in one warning, after which we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, issue refunds, void warranties, or terminate accounts. Such decisions are final.
